Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days. Please note that our warehouse does not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays.
During periods of exceptionally high order volume, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Please allow for extra transit time for final delivery. Should your order experience a significant processing or shipping delay, we will proactively notify you via the email or phone number provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated in real-time and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. We currently ship to all 50 states within the continental USA. While we partner with reliable carriers, please be aware that occasional delivery delays can happen due to carrier logistics or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) and a link to the carrier’s tracking site. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active and updated in the carrier’s system.
Damaged or Lost Packages
DoZo D9 Smashers is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during transit by the shipping carrier. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete at the time of order submission. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays, additional fees, or lost shipments, for which we cannot be held responsible.
If your order arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging and the damaged product(s). You must contact the shipping carrier directly (as indicated on your tracking information) to initiate a damage claim. We are happy to provide any necessary documentation to support your claim with the carrier.
